What's your minimum order quantity on custom boxes?+
50 boxes on digital-printed mailer boxes. 100 boxes on offset runs and rigid boxes.
250+ on custom die-cut shapes (due to tooling costs). For very low-volume testing, we offer digital
short-runs — ideal for a brand launch before scaling up.
Can I see the box before committing to a full run?+
Yes — it's included free. We produce a 3D digital render and a physical white-board
structural sample so you can see proportions, test your product fits, and check the unboxing feel.
Once you approve, we move to production.
Do you design the packaging, or do I supply print-ready artwork?+
Both. If you have a designer and a print-ready PDF (with dieline, bleed and spot
colours), we print directly. If not, our in-house design team handles dieline, artwork, mockup and
finalisation — from AED 450 per SKU.
What materials and finishes do you offer?+
Corrugated (E-flute, B-flute), paperboard (250–400 GSM), kraft, art paper,
plastic-free alternatives. Finishes: matte/gloss lamination, spot UV, hot-foil stamping, embossing,
debossing, soft-touch, and structured textures. FSC-certified papers available.
Can you handle packaging for food and beverage?+
Yes. We use food-grade paperboard, FDA-approved inks, and grease-resistant coatings.
We produce for UAE-licensed F&B brands, cloud kitchens, and bakeries — with
food-safety-compliant certification on request.
Do you offer eco-friendly / sustainable packaging?+
Yes. FSC-certified papers, recycled kraft, plant-based inks, and plastic-free tapes.
We'll work with you to build a sustainable packaging story you can put on the box — including
carbon-offset options for the print run itself.
Can you ship packaging to my 3PL or directly to retail stores?+
Yes. Palletised delivery to 3PLs and fulfilment centres is standard. Split-shipping
to multiple retail locations (Carrefour, Lulu, specialty stores) is available at a small
per-location fee. GCC export with full customs docs on request.
