What's the minimum order for a rigid luxury box?+
100 boxes on standard rigid formats — magnetic closure, two-piece lid, drawer-style.
250+ on custom-shape rigid boxes that need a new die. For smaller runs (testing or limited
editions), we offer short-run digital-print rigid boxes at a higher per-unit cost.
How long does a rigid box order take?+
10 working days for standard finishes, 14 for our flagship "Standard Luxury" lane
with foil and embossing, and 21 days for couture-grade hand-finished work. Rush windows are
negotiable for committed orders — talk to us.
Can I see the box before paying for the full run?+
Yes — free of charge. We build a 3D digital render plus a physical white-board
structural sample so you can hold the box, test your product fits, and approve the unboxing feel
before production starts.
What finishes can you apply?+
Hot-foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, custom colours), blind/registered
embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, suede coating, silk-screen printing, ribbon
tying, magnetic and ribbon closures, EVA foam inserts, and full leather wrapping for couture-tier
work.
Do you handle food-safe luxury boxes — chocolates, dates, hampers?+
Yes. We use food-grade paperboard, FDA-approved inks, and grease-resistant coatings.
We produce for UAE's premium chocolatiers, Ramadan/Eid corporate gift programs, and hospitality
groups — with food-safety certification on request.
Can you build custom inserts to fit my exact product?+
Yes. We custom-cut EVA foam, vacuum-form plastic trays, or fabricate cardboard
inserts to fit your product precisely. Send us a sample or accurate dimensions and we'll engineer a
cradle that protects the product and elevates the unboxing.
Do you offer eco-friendly luxury options?+
Yes. FSC-certified rigid board, plant-based foils (non-metallic), recycled art
papers, cotton ribbon instead of polyester, and water-based inks. Luxury and sustainability can
